Tickets to Palazzo Medici Riccardi include admission to the Palace, with the Cappella dei Magi (Chapel of the Magi), and Galleria degli Specchi (Mirror Gallery), as well as access to the Archaeological Itinerary, Marble Museum, and ongoing Temporary Exhibitions.
Please note that the number of visitors allowed inside the Chapel of the Magi at any one time is restricted to allow access to all those visiting the premises. Access is limited to 10 people every 5 minutes, and the visit duration is 5 minutes. You may be asked to wait in the Coloumn Courtyard before entering.

ONLINE TICKETING
Tickets for the museum and the scheduled activities can be purchased in advance upon payment of an additional pre-sale charge of €1.50.
Each ticket allows admission only on the selected day and within the selected timeslot. Tickets for the current day cannot be purchased online.
Once the purchase is completed, it is under no circumstances possible to change the date or timeslot of the visit.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Please note that the documents or certificates that entitle the holder to free and/or reduced admission must be presented at the entrance.

Firenze Card
Palazzo Medici Riccardi is included in the Firenze Card circuit.
The Firenze Card is valid for 72 hours from when it is first activated and allows admission (one-off) to the museums and places of interest that are part of the circuit (see the map of museums).
Starting from 9 April 2026, holders of the Firenzecard will be able to access the museum of Palazzo Medici Riccardi with a reservation, according to the following conditions:
- groups larger than 8 people: reservation required
- groups smaller than 8 people and individual visitors: reservation optional

Important: please note that the Firenze Card covers the cost of the entrance fee to the Palazzo Medici Riccardi museum only: an additional fee will be applied for visitors who choose to attend activities and/or guided visits offered by the museum.
