Information and Bookshop
The Palazzo Medici Riccardi personnel is available to provide visitors with further information by telephone and email every day, except Wednesdays, from 9 am to 6 pm. Kindly note that there might be delays in the timely response to requests when special events are held or when there are large numbers of visitors.
Information for schools is available Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
